Preparation and Safety
Before cooking: Place the contents of the sachet into a medium sized bowl. Add 170ml of boiling water and stir well.
During cooking: Leave to stand for 5 minutes to absorb the water.
After cooking: Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Check food is piping hot.
